Three Washington quarters with what look, to me, like errors...
Tell me what im looking at, please!

First is a 1961 D (rpm, and ddo?)

Next are two different 1958 d's that have the exact same struck through 9(?) On both, and both look like they've got rpms, as well, but one looks like a d/d, and the other... REALLY looks like a d/s... let me know what you guys think...

On the 1958 it looks like a die crack from the bust through the date.
