Why have these 1935 Peace $'S in ogh sold for so much on great collections?

It doesn't seem like a one off since more than a few have sold for maximum value and one very recently also.

Peace dollars seem to be enjoying a good market.... I have looked at a few and was surprised at how well they are doing. Seems to be an awakened interest in these often under rated coins. Cheers, RickO
