1953 Roosevelt with Hair Lip error or damage?

I was going through some of my older coins that I had put into cardboard flips and stored a few years ago to see how good my grading skills are. I started looking at each coin, a small hand full of each denomination, as to not get to monotonous, and came across this 1953 Roosevelt dime that I had only labed as toned with the date. When I put the Lupe up to it I noticed right away that this wasn't right. It has a raised bit of metal that looks like a part of the coin. It goes across the corner of Roosevelt's mouth from top to bottom. Could this be the result of a chipped die?

Interesting. Looks like a deformed bugs bunny.
Do Roosevelts have “bugs bunny” like Franklins?
No idea.
A thread @UtahCoin posted about B. Bunny and Franklins.

This looks like die breaks. I have a 49-S that looks like a Bugs Bunny Half.
I've seen a 1946 that had a die chip that one is a bit more dramatic
It does look like more than die chips... as @DIMEMAN said, possibly a die break as well... Cheers, RickO
