Is this an "extra claw" Cud on my Alaska State Quarter?

Was CRHing yesterday and found this. I'm not that familiar with these types of errors and just wanted some confirmation that this is indeed the error and maybe a ballpark figure for what these sell for. Thanks!

It looks like a die chip. Generally small die chips like this add no additional value. But it's still a cool find
BTW. A cud is a die break that involves the rim. The die break/chip on your coin is internal so it is not a cud
