1981 penny nmmark

I found a 1981 penny, no mint mark, just want to ask if there is an excess metal protruding from a date of the coin is an error or damage? just like from the picture, from the date tail of 9 there is excess which i dont know its called, a cut maybe? and lincoln eye looks error to me .is that a double or something error? and again... i dont trust my judgement... thats why i keep asking experts here thank you to all and God bless

Copper cent value approx. three cents. Save it until you get 5000 then sell.
