20013 D Penny -Is this a Penny mint error?

Are the lines and grooves appearing in the observe and reverse considered a mint error?
Shall appreciate comments

Might be (extremely) heavy die polish lines (not sure from the photos) but not an error in any case.
Unusual and definitely not as nice as the usually come. Interesting but most here would probably spend it.
Look at the 2nd photo, and you can see the
lines going thru the C and E of Cent.
So I don't think it's a die issue - and there are two
diff. coins showing that show differences in the
lines. Could be 'bad' or defective planchest of
some type, but I've not see these surfaces like this
all over the surfaces of apparently both sides...
Or it could be PMD - just can't tell from those photos
@armandog07
Please post a full coin obverse and reverse pic, please.
Could it be an odd plating issue?
Thanks to all of you for your comments.
PD to Hemispherical Posts -Shall post full coin observe and reverse pictures
Seen this on a lot of penny’s going through boxes. Typical in my opinion
@armandog07 .... Welcome aboard... and the term is 'obverse'.....Posting some full pictures will help...Cheers, RickO
Attached are pictures of the 2013 D Pënny
Further findings and reading, specially http://www.error-ref.com/part_iv__die_errors/ lead me to believe that the markings on the coin ralate to die damage, either die scrapes or accidental die abrasion, a describer in the web link mentioned above. May I have your opinion?
It is a planchet problem much like the bubbles you find on zinc cents, it can form lines rather than bubbles.
Here is another example.
Thanks
