Maybe I am late to the game on this and am just catching it, but PSA is including front and back scans of cards that go through reholder service, when putting the Cert numbers into the Cert verification. I really like this service a lot. Thank-you for constantly trying to improve upon your offering!

Are they scans that we as the submitter can use in auctions/sales if we decide to sell the item we had graded?
Nick, yes you in theory could pull the scan and use them for auctions, or to use as the image in your PSA inventory, etc. They are sharp scans, front and back.

Then that's a very nice complimentary add on. Thanks for the info Matt.
Very interesting, I did not know this. Thanks!

Can you provide a screenshot?
Could be very (very) helpful going forward to combat the scammers/shavers/retouchers. Hopefully it can be applied across the board... would also like to see a screenshot.
I have no idea what anyone is talking about. I just got back re-holders and there are no scans of them when certs are entered?????
Is this only on reholders? Or only viewable on the website? I had a sub pop Wednesday, all “first graded copy” items, and when I use the Cert check app there are no scans attached.

It’s just started but I have seen a few, yes.
Maybe a ‘test run’ but I have seen this one these boards:
In my opinion, it would be a significant and cheap security feature for the card holder AND larger marketplace.
I hope it continues.

I think that this has been the case in the coin world for years. It's a great feature and I'm excited to see it in the card world.
Confirming this with our card brother and coin expert @Aspie_Rocco, this already exists in the coin world, correct?

Yes in coin grading NGC does front and back scans on the coin in the holder, Pcgs, partner to PSA via CU, scans just the coins under Trueview photo service and Gold Shield service, as for a photo of the coin in the holder it is hit or miss, I believe they do scan current submissions, but I am unsure if they release the “internal” scans.here is a PCGS coin scan

The biggest lesson I've learned in this hobby, and in life, is that if you have a strong conviction, you owe it to yourself to see it through. Don't sell yourself, or your investments, short. Unless the facts change. Then sell it all.
Thank you for the assist Tim. I have been off the site for a few days.
