Has anyone used David Hall's Buy-Back-at-Grade Guarantee?

I was just looking at Home Run Hall's Rare Coins website which says he has a buy back guarantee. Has anyone used this?

What's more, every DHRC coin comes with a Buy-Back-at-Grade Guarantee.

Good question. If so, it would seem to be as good as CAC's guarantee which would seemingly set a price floor and increase liquidity. I wonder if he will start a stickering service. He is one of the few that I think could compete with CAC.

....doesn't one need credibility as an excellent grader to do that?

I would think Hall and Van Simmons would qualify.
