Looks like severe die deterioration to me (no expert) but that is my opinion

I am leaning towards die deterioration as @CRH4LIFE has stated... Hard to say definitively from the pictures...a lot of glare from lighting makes it difficult. Cheers, RickO

What caught my eye was the doubling on the nose. I will try to take flat pics it’s just so shiny

Thanks for your input. So does the die erosion creste a Slipped mint mark and doubling on the nose as well?

The granular or sunburst look around the bust and in the fields show you how much metal movement or flow was going on with the die. Some of the doubling may have come from polishing as well as erosion.
