Another nice toned Lincoln cent from 1917 slabbed by pcgs

This coin did not get bagged by the graders. Sometimes they do not like coins like this. What do you think?
Guess the grade

I personally like the tone, and have a 1909 VDB with similar tone like the reverse, but I believe someone stated that it may have been treated with "Blue Ribbon"?
Looks like a MS65BN to me.

interesting that it has a fingerprint.
If the coin were red with a dark fingerprint would it still grade as high?
I'll guess 63BN due to prints on both sides and toning splotches. Other than that, it's well struck with no major hits. I know that there have been many threads on this color on copper and I've already gone on record stating that I am not a fan of the blue. Some are NT and the rest are AT, and I can't tell the difference.....

The graders here gave it an MS64 brown which I kinda agree with. A nice piece to say the least.

Blue color like that can be lab created which is why copper with that color gets rejected at times. I would have to see it in hand to offer an opinion on AT vs NT but the grade seems spot on from the surfaces.
