If the OP means will any major TPG "grade" the pictured coin MS-65.... The answer is no, not by any stretch of the imagination, immigration, innovation, imitation, immolation, implantation, or simulation.
I agree with the 64 crowd(maybe +) and I agree with @Kkathyl. I think the lighting in the pictures affects what we are seeing in the thread. I think it would be nice in hand. I'm not objective though...I like a lot of 80-S Morgans!

I think the cheek is too marked up for a 65...I have been wrong before. Not sure about the tone...the lighting looks too low.
