In the right auction I suspect it would do very well. I have no idea as to the value but it seems to be in very nice condition and is NOT a common item.
A prominent exonumia dealer just sold one on eBay a couple of weeks ago for $36 + shipping. I don't have a link, but the item number is 223506106680 if you want to look it up. They come up for sale on eBay a few times per year.
I'm addicted to exonumia ... it is numismatic crack!

I did not know ANA ever had an organ. Was it portable? Did members take turns pumping the bellows at annual conventions? Did ANA have a song book for members?

This is a good example of how thin markets operate. If this had been 20-25 years ago I would have been an overenthusiastic bidder on that piece and would have probably been willing to go over the $100 mark to buy it. But that was then and this is now. My collection of numismatic publisher medals has long since been sold and I no longer have any interest in the piece. It looks like today's market for such items is very thin and the low closing price is the result.

It is portable. When I worked at Headquarters we used to take it up Pipes Peak every Fourth of July and play The Three Penny Opera, Put Another Nickel In and Ten Cents a Dance!
Numismatist. 50 year member ANA. Winner of four ANA Heath Literary Awards; three Wayte and Olga Raymond Literary Awards; Numismatist of the Year Award 2009, and Lifetime Achievement Award 2020. Winner numerous NLG Literary Awards.
Wow, that is super impressive at 542 pages. Thanks for the link! I was thinking "where else would it be" to be NNP, but Archive.org is great too!
A quick look shows opportunity for improvement in two areas:
Photos: it doesn't seem to have any. Since it’s a 2017 dated work in progress, I wonder if the next edition can have photos. At the same time, adding photos to a 542 work may be challenging so it may need to be split into a few volumes. Could be interesting to chat with Pete Smith.
Catalog Numbers: it references catalog numbers from others but there are a lot of tokens that don't have any. It would be nice to either add some own numbers, or use a catalog-anything system like TokenCatalog.com to get a reference number.

I bought mine for $63 in 1991 and I thought it would be worth at least $100 now. I was surprised to see how little it is worth now.
NGC is slabbing ANA medals now and even has a section on their census. If you had a top pop, high grade piece, you might be able to hit $100 but it is a thin market.
@Broadstruck .... Yep...just a bit of humor on my part.... but thanks for the additional picture, neat shield and a beaver token as well...Cheers, RickO

I know and Jethro was a really good guess as it's way closer to Jeremiah than Jim or John.

I bet Mackie love it!

I bought a fully PL Gem example a few years ago with ebucks for around $25 + shipping.
Picked it up as I own tokens that once belonged to all 4 gentleman listed on it.
There should be a reference book for all tokens with named numismatists and dealers

Many are offered by Canadian sellers which makes me wonder if the remaining tokens had been distributed at the 1909 Montreal ANA convention?
As I mentioned before ... thin market are dangerous markets.
And where else would it be?
edit: grrr... I hate this linking...

I did not realize that Jethro Gibbs (Of NCIS) was an ANA V.P.....
Cheers, RickO
Jeremiah not Jethro and although Canadian he was heavily involved with many American coin clubs.
Below is a copper version of his dealer store card in copper found on the web.
I have a couple in brass that I've never photographed.

To go along with the ANA's Organ medal, here's their new Saxophone medal:
