PMD or Mint error

I got a 2017 P dime in change and it looks like something is off about this coin on the top of the torch in the flame area and near the bottom of the torch with a small clump of metal in both. I am wondering if it is a mint error or just PMD?

Hard to tell from the photo. If it is raised metal with no cavity beneath it, it's probably a die chip (2). If the metal is raised and there is a hollow beneath, might just be a scratch.
Agree, die chip upper torch. Lower one has a die break off of it. Cannot tell from photos BUT IF the lower band has a incuse "hole," it is entirety possible that the chunk from the top got smashed into the bottom of the coin!

Agree with Insider2's post - die chip at the top,
but the photo is a bit blurry to know for sure
what caused the bottom 'hole' or ?

The bottom also has a raised piece of metal that is not consistent with the design. Sorry for the cell phone pic.
Can't tell much from the fuzzy photos - but in ether case it has no numismatic premium.
Then two die chips.
Yep... agree with the die chip diagnosis....Good catch for numismatic interest, but no added value. Cheers, RickO
