    In case you missed it
    It’s has tar like substance on the brow that does not budge or smudge it’s just stuck and looks like a piece of fiber at normal 5x but after getting up closer looks like grease.

    Is it called “eye liner?” If so, then this was the cause.

    Thomas was on his way to work, on horseback, he was late, so instead of the leisurely walking horse pace he spurred the horse into a gallop. While taking the last turn before the Monticello and applying a bit of eye liner to cover the pistol dueling mishap the night before the horse hit a curb....

    Just be glad it’s not hump day. It could have been a camel. :D

    I do not know what 'mint tar' is, but it does look like post mint foreign material.... soak in acetone, it should be easily removed. Cheers, RickO
