its $69 over but after bucks promo ends up under spot by $31

I can't even buy coins off of eBay currently due to the new law requiring eBay to collect sales tax on behalf of the states. Coins and bullion in Iowa are exempt but eBay still charges me tax. First time I checked out with tax I thought it would be refunded but it never came, I called eBay and they said they are working on a solution but there is nothing they can do for me.

eBay bucks deals are becoming harder to find. Second straight promo I let slip by with without finding any gold I wanted.☹️
