Sometimes it's Tough to Say Goodbye - Barber Quarter

I've been slowly divesting my Barber quarter collection/hoard over the past year to a good friend and
fellow forum member. He's getting down to my last few, and informed me yesterday he is sending
the check for this one.
I have really enjoyed owning this coin - it's not rare, but conditionally scarce in the upper circ grades, listed
as R4 - one the MANY sleepers in the mid-upper circs in this tough series. But, to me at least, the eye appeal is exceptional. The reverse is flashy and fully Proof-like, though I really didn't capture that well.
Feel free to comment what you want, or to post coins that you have sold off that you still miss.

That is one beautiful Quarter! I would miss that one, too!
Don't have a pic right now, but I had a GSA CC Morgan that I bought on ebay for MS-62 money. When I got it, I thought it might be a 65. Posted it online for people to GTG, and most people thought 63-64. But, in hand, I was about 75% sure it was a 65, so I sent it into NGC and it came back a 65! I turned it around for a bit over $500, but now I wish I had kept it!
Rocking my "shiny-object-syndrome"!!!
Nice coin!
This is one coin I regret selling to this day! The rare shallow N variety.
Nice-looking coin!
I knew it would happen.

Glad to see you post on my thread, Labelman87! I’ve admired your coins on the Barber/Mike Hayes thread for many years!

That is why I do not sell my coins...I enjoy them, and just knowing I have them, gives me satisfaction. Cheers, RickO
Thanks Walkerguy21D. I began my collecting "career" with Walkers but sold my beautiful set years ago.
Nice coin. Barber-love is an interesting malady. Coins like this will get you there in a hurry.
