I have this coin and have little idea what it is any ideas?, the details are very hard to photograph as much of them are gone

    Ottoman Turkey, Hijri date 1223, regnal year 31 (1838). Either a 10 or 20 para denomination depending on size/weight.

    Highly enthusiastic about world coins, contemporary circulating counterfeits and unusual stuff <3
