I think silver war nickels are really cool .
The reasons around the mint striking of silver Jefferson war nickels represents a historical time in our nation .
Please post some high grade silver nickels .
Thanks !π

[Mine are in the back of the refrigerator with a 3-year old yogurt cup and a jar with one olive in it.]

Here is one of my very few. Purchased from one of the good members here.
Any my only other set also purchased from one of the good member here.
I like them a lot too.
Need to pick up a nice one.
This rings true for me too. I don't care for olives, but my wife will leave a jar in the fridge with one or two olives in it forever.
Raw, rev is toned but a nick would prevent it being graded FS, and the lamination crack on the obv. Bottom rim would prevent a high grade

I have a set like @Gluggo does..... and I always save any I find in change... have a dozen or so raw. Cheers, RickO
In my refrigerator there are almond stuffed green Greek olives that nobody else likes and I like it that way.
Not graded but believe high grade.

I agree with you about "war" nickels.
They are very cool and I enjoy them, circulated, unc.
