On February 24th, I sold a 2019 Kennedy Apollo 2 coin set on eBay. I shipped the coin set on February 25th. Today, on April 22nd, the buyer left negative feedback because "I don't want this set. I want a 2019 Kennedy."

There was no contact in between, despite the fact that I offer free returns.

Thank God for eBay seller protection. I called. They removed the negative feedback.

    That was the thing. If you bought the wrong coin, send it back. It's hardly my fault.

    At least contact me before you hit the negative button. I have automatic free returns and I would have taken the set back even 2 months later.
