As some may remember, I was fretting about whether or not the 1801-1900 Standard Catalog of World Coins would be updated in the face of the financial troubles of F + W Media, Inc.
Well, it did get updated and my new copy arrived today!
This one was pricier than in recent years (this one sold by B&N), but I am still very pleased!
Happy Happy Joy Joy!

Sweet !!!
what is updated about it? I'm looking up stuff in the third edition and overall I'm content .
Hence the current financial troubles of F + W Media, Inc.
well they have been reprinting wholesale edition after edition without offering value added so why buy a new version?
I still have my 1978 and 1996 volumes handy
I would like to own the 8R on the cover
Latin American Collection
I'd like to own the Tuscany gold coin on the cover, although I'm not terribly interested in Italy in that time period.
The Argentine provincial silver coin is nice too.
