Could all these coins really come from a several hundred year old safe? Skeptical

This eBay seller has multiple coins listed as supposedly from a 200 year old safe, which makes me very skeptical because we see coins from the late 1700s to early 1900's. In addition UNC coins from San Francisco, Carson City, Philly and New Orleans. I get it coins travel but to stay unc like makes me skeptical. And finally a lot of the high value coins look like they're details/problem coins.
Any thoughts or opinions? is this a marketing gimmick? I have listed some of the coins below for you to check out

Welcome to the forum.
To answer your question... No.
Do a forum search for “dockter.”
Use caution, commonsense, and if it sounds to good to be true then...
Edit to add: Here’s a thread to examine, https://forums.collectors.com/discussion/1015893/safe-find-of-200-year-old-store-during-demo-aka-thedockter/p1
Fishing expedition for a sucker. Total hype (read that lies).
This was on another forum. They are problem coins bought from HA and cracked out.
I have seen many of his Barber Half's won and relisted again and again!
The 1793 cent he listed he bought last month at Stack's for $14,400, in the same PCGS holder........obviously this coin was not found in his 200 year old pottery barn safe:

Would it matter?
The coin is whatever the coin is. If it came out of a brand new safety deposit box or a 200 year-old safe. The coin is whatever it is.
Actually that's true. It IS the coin, regardless what is said about it.

@Skrill90....Disregard the sales pitch (usually lies) and evaluate the coins....Then do pricing research....ebay is full of scams... Cheers, RickO
Listen to what ricko says. EBay has a lot of scams out to take your money and sell you crap. The return of the 'dockter'.
You are buying the coin, not his story behind it.
For the 1793 cent, at least he is showing the PCGS certification #/ plastic with it, can't say that for a majority of his listings.
Whoa that is crazy! Shouldn’t eBay he removing and banning these scammers?
a fool and his money are soon parted

@Skrill90.... They do, when reported...then they come back.... and as far as the description '...from a 200 year old safe..'... that is sales hype - sure, likely a lie, but not one that can be disproved....The safe could be 200 years old, and the coins in there for an hour....Cheers, RickO
One thing for sure: 'The dockter', aka "Al, Big Al. Kremlin" sure is entertaining.
I am not so concerned with thedocktor's provenance lies, what is concerning is that he is selling these coins on eBay, and if he doesn't get the money he wants, he cancels the sale and relists the coin again.
Heaven forbid a common coin comes out of that safe

Shyster huckster.
This 1796 dollar he has listed he bought last month at Stack's for $5,280, in a NGC-AU cleaned holder with profits like this, he will never stop his scam........obviously this coin was not found in his 200 year old pottery barn safe:
