I already messaged one of the forums resident nickel variety specialists, but I thought I would share images for those interested
The "RTY" in liberty and the S in TRUST with the forked appearance. Matches up nicely with Mr. Wiles reference material.

Looks like a match with DDO-003.
The diagnostic with the die crack from the dome down through pillars 2 and 3 appears to match, too.

I saw the die crack is not precise either? It is more vertical? but the placement is precise
