New "Discussion" uses "Question" format (forum bug?)

I just noticed that when you create a new discussion, it now says "Ask a Question" on top, so the "New Discussion" and "Ask a Question" options are the same now. Anyone else find this strange?

Hopefully this is a bug that can be fixed.
