Tier turn around times

That "the more you pay the faster it goes" is self evident, but how do the pull that off from a logistical stand point?
Do all the graders work as one team, with the Express going to the top of the stack of assignments daily, followed by Regular, with Econ at the bottom?
Does PCGS have dedicated teams doing different Tiers, A team does Express, C team does Econ, etc?
Some other process?
I also assume the logistics of the tiers play into why you can not combine submission tiers; you need everything to come out the other end at the same time. I wish they could crack that nut, as a small volume submitter, that volume becomes even smaller when I have to figure in shipping/invoice processing fee for each different tier or service.

No different than many other services. Example is airlines, pay more and you get to board first and get off first.
