WTC means severe damage and/or holed in my book.
I've always thought of culls as having light damage, heavy cleaning, very heavy wear, etc. but NOT severe damage or holes.

I never claimed to be the sharpest pencil in the box.
Imagine a cull, worn out, scratched, cleaned, generally crappy. Now imagine worse than that.

Usually I do okay if I don't have to read much and can just look at pictures.
Not this time.
I thought Basel State covered these types of conditional coins.

I do not look for - or at - coins in such condition.....Even a scarce variety would not - IMO - warrant acquisition. Cheers, RickO
