Pictures with natural sunlight is my request.
Thanks for your request. It's appreciated and, in a way understood and acknowledged.
The images are the best I can come up with.
As much as I respect your request , my camera is set up permanently on an old enlarger and that is located inside my home in a spare bedroom! And that includes the lighting that goes with it.
what would you gain....if you think the images are manipulated, then think again. The coin speaks for itself.
If I were in the US, the coin would go to PCGS or a competitor. But from Canada, it is not worth it for under $ 300 as the expenses from here to not justify it.
It is actually very easy to manipulate daylight, shadows and sunlight.... what would I have to gain???
I am not pushed to sell this coin. If it sells, great. If it does not, NO harm done.
Coins are my #1 hobby...NOT a business.
(BTW, cooking is my 2. hobby, followed by great drinking wines)
The images are too dark to see the true luster of this specimen. Appreciate the response though.
I’ll start the bidding at $25 US
Did the coin sell?
Always buying nice toned coins! Searching for a low grade 1873 Arrows DDO Dime and 1842-O Small Date Quarter.

I am not a professional photographer. So far in many years on Feebay and this and other forums , I never had the daylight request. But, since I am unable (perhaps unwilling) to fulfill your request, which I recognize as important to you and perhaps others, I will close the auction and not sell the coin this way.
I did try a few tweaks with the lighting settings and managed to make it lighter.
And now I know why you wanted to see it in daylight or in a lighter situation.
I re-inspected the coin much enlarged and did find a couple of marks/ dings which are not clearly shown on the previous darker images.
please See attached new images.
I never try and mislead anyone by doctoring images to hide faults.
Just because I asked for photos with more light, does not mean I am accusing you of anything.
The photos you provided do not show the luster this coin probably has.
You were on the defensive, immediately.
sorry, I did not mean to be defensive. No hard feelings here at all. Just cautious now as I wanted to sell the coin and did not want to mislead anyone. just decided in hind sight that you were right.
So, what do you think of the coin now?
Even though I think I do ok, I have sometimes issues using correct grammar as English is not the language I grew up with.
Taking images of Luster is not easy. I am glad you put me on the right track. thank you
No, I took it off and still have it. Please see above
