Help - What is this line on 65 CAC Wash-Carver Half

Hi folks.
I'm somewhat perplexed by the long incuse line on the reverse. It doesn't exactly look like a scratch, but I really don't know what it could be. Struck through?

Yes, Strike through.
Wow. Sure looks like a staple scratch...April fools???
I would think so as well to have recieved a 65.

Nope.
It doesn't really look like a scratch as I don't see any obvious evidence of moved metal on the ends or the edges. It would be hard to have a scratch that deep without moving the metal somewhere.

Well, either that or PCGS missed it, then JA missed it....not to mention me (until pointed out to me) and maybe the Guttag Family. LOL

Migratory route from Guatemala to Rochester, MN? or strike through wire?
Maybe @ErrorsOnCoins can chime in. Interesting question.
Huh, a little too far west to be the Mississippi River.
Whatever it is, it isn't a positive from my point of view.
A strike through error. Relatively minor, and more likely to decrease the value of the coin than increase it.
Someone did not want to pay the fee...
I meant if it was a scratch.

Actually, when magnified, that looks raised.... so I would say a die crack....a strike through, unless retained, would be incuse.... or am I mistaken? Cheers, RickO
