TrueView Questions

I do not use the TrueView service, so these may be very simple questions.
I have noticed that some of the TrueView images have the nice PCGS logo background and some have a plain white (and rarely a plain black) background. What is the reason for the different backgrounds?
Why are some of the TrueView files (with the blank backgrounds) in JPEG format while others are in PNG format?
Lastly, I have found some of the TrueView files (with a blank background) are no longer available through the cert verify page or in the set registry. Is it common to have TrueView images removed?

At the TV site there are different background download options; translarent and white do not have certs number.

Great ... thanks @Hemispherical
Looks like the PNG files are the transparent background.
I am still wondering why some TV images were available last week, but no longer seem to be available. (I did not purchase the service, but 'found' the images in my set registry). I am not complaining, I am just curious.
