"CC" $20--how would you grade?

This $20 from Belgium went off earlier, one day ebay auction. I was figuring VF details cleaned, how would you grade it? Isn't $3K a little high on it?

    I agree with you. Would be more comfortable if it was slabbed.

    the t and y on liberty headband are unreadable, the x on cheek, scratches too deep, fine-details.the straight grade xf-45's go for 12,500 so price is about right

    I would never pay that much for that coin....especially without seeing it 'in hand' or having a trusted expert view it. Cheers, RickO
