Die rotation on Indian cents

I just saw some IHCs with a slight die rotation of the reverse as compared to the obverse.
Is that usual?

27 degrees is the tolerance at the US Mint.
Most collectors want a minimum of 45 degrees,
if not 90 degrees, for the coin to be collectable
as a Rotated Reverse. 180 is best, of course.
There are large quantities of Indian Cents, and
Buffalo Nickels, for example, with minor rotated
reverses.
The top of the reverse of your coin should point to
either 10:30 or 1:30 to be 45 degrees rotated counterclockwise,
or clockwise, to have any premium.

I have seen minor rotated reverses, but no value is usually attached unless it is at least 45 degrees as Fred has stated... if you get a full 'medal' rotation... that is the best value. Cheers, RickO
Thanks, Fred!
Great thread for information. Very helpful with the 45* and greater reference.
