Finally Bought the First Year Coin For My Registry Set. 1932 MS 66+ Washington Quarter
I have now been working on this 185 coin Washington Quarter With Variety Set for 7 Years. This coin now gets me to only searching for 30 More. I started this set because of my Love for the Varieties and seven years ago I decided to try and get the Varieties First and worry about the other 83 coins later.
I am now at the point of starting to fill all the Regular holes in this set. So Here is my 1932 MS 66+ Comes with the green sticker and I think the coin fits in fine with my other 154 coins. I know this series used to be one of the Hot topics on this Board and its Sad to see so many of the Washington Quarter guys have disappeared.
Nevertheless I love this Series and will continue to post my 10 year Adventure. You can click my Registry Link at the Bottom and Check out My Set. Thanks for any comments.
Enjoy Tom
I used to be famous now I just collect coins.

Your persistence has paid off nicely. Congratulations.
Good luck with the rest of your set!
That is an absolutely gorgeous WQ! It looks like it has the typical 1932 satin-like feel that is absent on dates after around 1936.
In honor of the memory of Cpl. Michael E. Thompson
That is an excellent purchase. It has a very healthy looking skin....
LOVE! Congrats Tommy!

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

Very nice! I have been looking to upgrade my 32 and that one is miles beyond anything I have seen available. Congrats and good work!
@1tommy I have tried to follow your progress in the registry forum. This is my favorite series. That's a beautiful 32 plain, smooth original skin.
Stunning choice and an admirable approach to building your set.
