Lost my dog Molly a few years ago on this date. Coincidentally the same date President Lincoln died, April 15th. How about a thread posting Lincoln Cents even if you don't own it and post a pic of your favorite pet(s). 
Edited to say for some reason I thought today was April 15th. Sorry for the confusion but we can still post to our pets.

Sorry for your the loss of your dog. Pets become an intergral part of the family and are sorely missed.

Ellie, pictured below, loves watching me as I look at my wheats! Picked up this 1912 a few years ago, and it's one of my favorite in my collection.
No problem @1Mike1 pets with cents still make sense.

Saw a bumper sticker the other day that said aptly, "Who rescued Who?"
My avatar is BrotherLove who passed a few years ago. Another is my sweet Annie Belle who never got bigger than about 5 pounds.
Rumor has it they are running as roadies for Barry Manilow.
Miss them every day.
