LOL'ing with "As Seen On eBay"
Not going to mention the coin, nor the seller, but while I was perusing ebay for something to buy and get ebucks with, I saw the "Sponsor Related Items" row of items and saw a raw, very circulated, old coin with this tagline written on the 2x2:
"Lowest Mintage for 4yr period makes this a $emi key"
I had to laugh as it is a VERY common coin, it is copper, and, it also had over 30,000,000 minted that year....."$emi key" indeed
I have heard of marketing and playing on words...but had never heard anyone trying to use the "lowest mintage for x year period" making something a semi-key....
What funny lines have YOU heard on ebay? Any?
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

"Unsearched wheat cent rolls" (makes me laugh every time)
HAPPY COLLECTING
Got a chuckle the first time someone noted that the coin was coming from a house where everyone smoked and had lots of pets.
MONSTER toning.
Have you all seen the new invisible holders?

Agree, but I would expand it to cover
Unsearched: of any coin roll
I had a few acquaintances who are world class woodcarvers and would advertise fake antique duck decoys as "found in my basement"...and it was true, because that's where their shop was.
