Sorry about all the trash Photos. let me Explain my intent.
It started in Oct 2018, finding a perfect !943 Steel. I went on line to figure what to do with it, ok to be honest I saw $$ signs. STOP.
Reading up on the other coins and the different designs and other attributes , the bug bit as you describe.. My backround includes, Pressman, Cutter, Folder, Sales and yes design as I grad. from commercial art and advertising Vo-tech, Art I, II, private school. Grew up in on Jewelers Row, as my friends parents did. Very aware and knowledgeable of printed and created material.
Getting back to the coins , I saw the roll searching part and I had some time on my hands also needing a,... HOBBY,...! Went to my bank who is closing their doors after a 100 yr run bought a 25 dollar box and went hunting. looking at all the crap minted or pmd I pulled my glass, be it my jewelers or printing TOOL.
First let me say, ONE THING, "NOTHING WAS TAMPERED WITH ON THIS END< TO BE CLEAR, MY END OF DISCOVERY"..D. G.
On my second box I was given a box not the same as the first.
All contents of said box (I stopped after 3 rolls) contained 99% D mint mark and they were trash. YO, WHATS ALL THIS? I thought.
I gained a few friends from another site who were guiding me as per the varieties being extracted, from 1960 thru 1990.
The box has been resealed and the remaining 47 rolls are temp. unavailable as I'm saving it for ..well that's my secret...
Meanwhile the boxes bought later are producing the same insults as in the "wax sealed box".
I hate typing. in a nut shell PRESSMAN NEED MAKEREADY. GUESS WHAT I HAVE. 45 years in the industry and sometimes I got Bored. D.G.

Where are your Trash Photos you're apologizing for?
Possibly referring to the 25+ threads of PMD coins. Great enthusiasm, it is nice to see the intrest level.
Realize condition is most of the value on modern coins you find in rolls. Any errors or varieties will be far and few between when roll searching. Any damaged coin is practically not worth examining when it comes to moderns.
It is not easy to find valuable rarities in basic roll searches.
Die cracks generally do not add value, except a cool factor.
If you want to PM me a mailing address I will send you some actual (minor) doubled die coins & maybe an RPM, for free.

What a nice gesture @Aspie_Rocco ........ most can learn from your kindness
You have been here long enough and you have posted enough parking lot PMD that you should know what it looks like. We don't need to see every parking lot find you have, damaged coins are of very little interest to real coin collectors. If I want to see a penny that has been run over with a car, I have a penny & a car. Your efforts to photo & post such coins would be better spent on the hunt for a decent coin/error. You will not make that killer find if all you look at is junk. Several members have tried to help & guide you to help you learn, but when you keep posting the same thing over & over again it makes it seem you have no desire to learn anything or that you are being a troll just to get reactions. If you really are sorry about all the junk & have a true desire to learn please stop to think before you post. It seems many of your posts are late at night, maybe save them as a draft and review them the next day before posting. Most if not all of your posts can be handled on the Q&A forum, it is a matter of being respectful to other members here by not cluttering up the main board with silly junk time after time. Members may start ignoring your posts and then you might not get any help when you really do find something good.

Don't hold back - go ahead and tell us how you really feel.
(But good advice in any case. )
I read the OP's post again and I still don't know what it means.
But, as long as he is having fun, that is the important thing.
I'm not sure what you are trying to convey here. "Wax sealed box", "My end of discovery"? What is your intent that you mention in the title?
As far as the pics of damaged coins, well, at least you are acknowledging what they are.

@emeraldATV I have found it helpful to read a lot here and to ask questions within threads in order to learn.
Edited to make more sense, I hope....
Try to figure out what this one means.
"Is this the book I'm looking for. No sir not me . Patina is my lawyer"
Don’t go looking up “patina” as a slang...
Well since you mentioned it, or course I had to look it up.
Hey everyone Thanks for your response, Haven't gotten to read all but will asap tonight.
here is my latest problem child. Is that a D under the 9.
PS
Volume II of this study will soon be posted.
@emeraldATV " Haven't gotten to read all but will asap tonight. "
Might have wanted to read before you post.
Can anyone tell me what may have caused this error?
Looks like a horizontal Charlotte mint mark above the 9. That is a rarity indeed.
OOOOH, OOOH , Whats the date on the coins ? Even fish wont eat if expired.
Maybe and very politely, I can explain first thoughts as a newbe wanting honest with integrity, having no invested agendas.
ya know, these egg shells are sharp. The 47 rolls, sealed in its box, to me , a newbee, are the backwash from Denver scrap piles. Pressman need to complete their run and supervisors need to make quotas. stopping there , I have some housekeeping pressing. still here till 4am est
One other thought ! I would not trash my own back yard . 4am est.
Those closeups are amazing. Do you hold the coin close to the camera or the camera close to the phone?
Well, No smart phone, flip like star treck, lol. soon . set up as follows: single micro camera, Metal paper towel holder, up right as a slidding tri pod, rubber band holding camera in place with movement up or down. focus dial facing out. Coins stored in new cigar boxes with plenty available at tabacco stores. DG
Don't forget the 42 inch HD TUBE...5ft away. for precision sight
I cant seem to shake these D's
Well @emeraldATV .... you are exceeding the average photographic skill. I would to learn that aspect of coin collecting from you
Well let shave first
Unrolled a roll tonight and the last photos 4 or 5 I guess, with others not shown don't want to clog this server, bad joke right, sry. here's the last coin found 3rd from bottom of roll. good night I guess I'm so boreing i'll be here... on a Friday night ? DG
You have officially entered the category of troll.
Everything you have posted is simply a damaged cent. No mint errors or variety. Either you are simply not listening, or you don't want to listen. Either way, you are going to be ignored by much of the board and (unfortunately) probably teased or insulted by the rest of the board.
Nothing but damaged coins... accompanied by largely unintelligible ramblings...Cheers, RickO
@emeraldATV " I guess I'm so boreing i'll be here... on a Friday night ? "
Please spare us! Haven't you made us throw up enough already?
Actually, I kind of dig it. And I hear ya' about those egg shells.
How about we skip that volume? Go hit up some coin shops, talk to workers, buy a few things and show us your purchases. This roll hunting is just a waste of time which would be better served observing coins of some value or history.

Epilogue
As someone once said "what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul"
A simple “wrong” would have done just fine.
A. R. My inventory is already ,...Well I'm," gonna need a bigger boat" Thanks . P or S, gonna pass for now. cool thought
You might catch a big and fishey coin with that hook 🎣. Don’t go for my fishies.
My fish are attracted to coins. 😬
@markelman1125
I think your fishies are safe, there is not enough room in your tank to troll.
Ya could send me that gold coin and I could drill a hole in it and attach a fish hook for you.
@ifthevamzarockin my fish sure love gold 👍
On the reverses with
the shield I've never seen any problems, so I disregard even looking until this by chance.
A die scratch. Progress. If this is a die scratch, or gouge, it is from the mint that way.

sorry forgot the important part
Well, at least there's only one thread.
The government is incapable of ever managing the economy. That is why communism collapsed. It is now socialism’s turn - Martin Armstrong
thanks all and gn
That's because you have a "D" Zeeze.
Pete
If that’s the future of coin collecting, I’m starting a fire sale right now.
People throwing coins onto parking lots, running them over with trucks, and then searching for numismatic treasures. Not much fun.
I like that, D-ZEEESE. Very cool. I f I throw water one them will they clear up or will they melt. HEY, that could be the solution!

ew roll same box . "That 8 does not look exactly right. right?
