I remember when I was 12 and "Big Wow" was popular for about two weeks. the term "snowflake" has managed to hang around for a while longer but I still question its use by a guy like Bronco. to be honest, it really has no sensible use here if I understand its meaning and origin.

Beckham isn't a winner or a leader. Winners / leaders don't fly to Miami during the week leading up to a playoff game to take juvenile photo shoots with his sheep following teammates.
