You had better jump on this deal before it'S gone!
Here’s the listed dime.
I KNOW and the price seems reasonable for such a beautiful coin!
SOMEBODY HOLD ME BACK !!!
What rub?
He actually gives a cert# which turns up this:

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.
That's not even his coin!
Hey! Didn't we just see those posted here as recent million dollar finds?
Maybe I'm thinking of a different one.... they all start looking the same.
Seller has a wheat cent too that ya wouldn't want to miss out on.

Sorry, I don’t understand what the listing has to do with “gradeflation”. A number of other things come to mind, but it has nothing to do with a coin escalating in grade from a previous grade.

Gradeflation - overgraded ........ same same.
At the risk of overstating the obvious, but no one has mentioned the coin is a bad counterfeit. Look at the reverse. Someone got really carried away thinking that "FS" meant the vertical reeds of the torch (and everything else!).
It's still a better investment than the $9k Peace Dollar from my recent thread.
I don't think it is a counterfeit. I mean why in the world would anyone counterfeit a 74-D Roosevelt Dime. I think it has been severely messed with. But that is a moot point really.
I put the coin in my photo editor to check it out with a real 1974-D Rosie. You are right, it is not a counterfeit since the devices overlay exactly and the dimensions are within specs. What threw me off was the image shows no reeding on the edge and where the "core" shows through looks fake. As to why counterfeit a 1974-D Rosie, who knows? I have a counterfeit clad 1967 Washington Quarter that equally defies reason.
That dime has spent time in a parking lot... the busy section.... Cheers, RickO
Wow, great deal. His feedback should climb quickly from 0
....and it's an unlisted RPM and DDO/DDR...shhh...don't let the seller know!
Just imagine how much this coin might go for if it could be a (drum roll) Bowtie Fantastic!
But, unfortunately, that ain't in the cards.☹️
