It asks me to enable a JavaScript whatever that is. I'll ask the IT person tomorrow.

Oh boy! It must be the end.
    Or close to it.
    This one isn't working either.
    Oh wait.

I am not having any trouble at all. I can like-etc. I can edit. And quote.

I did see blank white boxes earlier but I closed out and opened a new page and it’s been fine since, for me, on my phone.

That might be because you and I aren't being picked on. >:)

I think you used up all your editing on another thread responding in part to me. :) BTW nice explanation!

The problem seems to be limited to certain members and it is on all the forums for me - I just tried stamps. So, it may not be entirely a PCGS problem. Some change must have been done that only affects some of us. Knowing the time it started my help figure out what was done to the "home" system.

Everything working here, including quote. Using Chrome on my desktop.

One problem I do see is if you click on "like" or "agree" or "lol" from your landing page, the history is gone. I can only see the last 5 posts where someone clicked one of those on me.

Me thinks you, @Insider2, should get the bug badge. Your OP was first to report the issue.

Firefox browser seems OK, as is Chrome on Win 7 and IE on Win 7. I don't have anything clumsier or more over-stuffed than Win 7.

NOW I know why I was having difficulty with a post earlier today. After reading this thread I tried a like and got the cold shoulder from our forum. I am currently using IE and am transitioning away from Chrome because Chrome is causing inordinate CPU activity and my laptop overheats (and shuts down) . I suspect Google of using my computer for bit coin mining when I have Chrome on line.

I think that Google Chrome is also creating hairlines on TrueView images........ probably not a good idea for PCGS programmers to use Chrome programming standards.

I think I finally figured out why the forum is being inundated with newbies and their supposed "errors" - they think this new and highly coveted "bug" badge is given out to people for bugging the forum members. ;)

Test to check if Javascript is enabled:

    https://javatester.org/javascript.html

“JavaScript is a "per browser" or app setting; if you have it enabled in Chrome, you might also have it disabled in Internet Explorer on the same computer/device.”

Or do a goog search to find a Javascript tester.

    YMMV
