What the odd of finding 2 dime 2011 the same year, having perhap the same PMD

This is an odd one, I posted 2hrs ago a 2011 dime having a dots on the hair. I found another one having the same pattern as the previous one, dots on the hair. It hard to believe a PMD on both. What about die crack, could someone shed the light on this pleas

Those are die chips and not PM damage.
