Adjusted the white balance and this is pretty close to the actual colors.
Coin came from an old album collection and was given to me about 20 years
ago and has been in an airtight since then.
Some coins are just plain "Interesting"

I would call it RB... close to B... and 65... Cheers, RickO
Unless the luster is better in hand, 63BN, maybe 62.
I would say 63, possible 64. Depending on which grading crew sees it could be BN or RB. We've seen both with these same colors.

64 RB
Easily enough detail for MS65, but doesn't seem to have enough luster in the pic so I'll say MS64BN

64bn. I like the original look.
64rb

I'll reserve my thoughts on the grade with the coin in hand but let
me add that the skin is really thick on this one. The luster is all there under the skin.
Pokes out where it should in hand although the pic was shot under light that
does not show the luster. My coin pic setup is poor.
Few contact marks, but the muted luster will hold it to a 65BN.
I'm going to say 64RB. I think the spots on the reverse prevent it from 65... imho...

63 BN .Spots kill it for me.
$20 (slabbed)
Knowledge is the enemy of fear
While I enjoy owning this coin, there is zero percent chance I would ever send it in to be slabbed.
It is currently and will remain for the foreseeable future in a 25 cent perfectly fine protective holder.
Since you say there is luster, and since no one has said it yet, I'm going with 64+BN.

That means I am right, since it can't be proven otherwise.

Correct.
That is why I asked our members here for their opinions and not what they though the third party opinion would be.
There are some fantastic coin people here whose opinions I highly value.
