Would this Morgan Dollar be worth submitting to Pcgs? Edited to add a different obverse pic.

I have had this 1898-P Morgan Dollar for about 5 years and am considering sending it to Pcgs in my next submission. It was in a group of 15 that I bought for $25 each. I know it would have to grade 65 or higher to be worth it, so from the pictures does it look likely to grade? If so what grade should I expect? I added a little different view of the obverse, still not able to capture a good picture with my phone. I'll have 8 coins to submit whenever I decide to do it.

Probably a 63..., but if you need a 63 in that year go for it!!
Depends on the luster. Looks a bit dippy/slidery from the pics, but they don’t always tell the truth.
The luster is good, a very clean cheek and only a few minor marks in the fields, but apparently the pics don't reflect that. In hand it's pretty nice. I was thinking 65+
My eye was drawn to the lighter colored area in the center of Librty’s cheek and what appears to be subpar luster.

I would say MS64 at best... could slip to 63... Probably not worth the investment.... That being said, it is a nice Morgan, and if you want to be certain, and do not mind the fee... go ahead and submit. If you do, be sure to let us know what the result is...Cheers, RickO

It looks dipped out based on the photos. Don't waste your money sending it in for grading.
I would wait even if wanting to submit, grading standards seem exceptionally tight lately from my experience.
Looks like when coins were being dipped that one got in line twice.
Thanks for the opinions. The coin does have more luster in hand than the photos show, but for now I will just enjoy it raw.
Nice coin, but as I've found in recent times sending to our host you'll probably not get the grade you're looking for. I have stopped all further subs...

Luster seems just meh, which will really limit its potential to grade higher than MS63 or so.
Depends on if you want it in your Registry. It would probably be cheaper to buy one already in a PCGS holder.

I'm at MS63 on it. Luster is mediocre, and the surface texture is not right for a 65.

If it were a better date, yes.
I think based upon your photo's it looks dipped. Based upon your in hand observations if you're not seeing such evidence it could just be the pictures. There is a tiny bit of field chatter and damage at the eyebrow that shouldn't preclude an MS 65 "if" it grades. I think the final judgement will be based upon the cheek discoloration Mark spoke about above.
I'd suggest waiting until you have a 5 coin Economy submission or if that's not in the cards include it with someone else's Economy submission. Investing $25 is a far better gamble than a Regular submission with all the fee's.
It makes no difference if it was dipped. 65.
I would guess MS62 - an MS65 that's been dipped too many times, or for too long. Nice, but not worth the slabbing fees.
64 at best, save your money. If you want a 65 buy one already slabbed. Congrats
