A COUPLE OF NICE LINCOLNS

I traded for a box of 5000 1958-D Lincoln cents straight from the mint. I have gone thru a few rolls and here are three of the best ones. I would appreciate a grade opinion. Thanks

I would guess at least 65RD, a good possibility of higher. They look fresh from the mint 'cuz they are.
Could be from 65 2 67RD based on the pictures nice wheaties
The first one has a shot at 66, 66+ there are enough distractions, flyspecks, ect on the rev to preclude a 67 imo, but it is the best of the three and has the best chance at 67. The other two are not better than 65 due to some minor strike weakness and lots of spots and flyspecks, they are all nice for the date. Those are my thoughts and opinion.

Thanks for the replies.
What value is a 67?
You also have to consider the large size of the pics, There are no distractions looking at these through a loop.
You can check for your self on the PCGS Price Guide here:
https://pcgs.com/prices/priceguidedetail.aspx?ms=4&pr=1&sp=1&c=46&title=lincoln+cent+(wheat+reverse)
It shows a 1958-D, MS67, $184
I think the first 2 are easy MS 66's the reverse on #3 holds it back a bit. The grading area everyone forgets on Lincoln's is the coat. If there's chatter on the coat everything takes a step back a grade.
Nice fresh coins, but didn't the mint ship in bags, not boxes, back then? Or maybe they switched to bags later?
JBK it was definitely a box
I am not very good at taking pictures so here is another pic of one of those from the top. I looked at the PCGS pics and it appears this one is just as good or better than the 67+ on there.

Nice coin....looks 66+/shot 7.
But was it a box from the mint as you indicated? Or was it a box of rolls that was put together by a bank or coin processor. Did the box say US Mint on it?
I have no doubt the coins are fresh from 1958, but I am trying to clarify if that is the way the nint shipped them. I know that in other years they were shipped in cloth bags.
Nice cents.... certainly looks 66...If you send one or more in, be sure to come back and tell us what grades you receive. Cheers, RickO
JBK just for you

Thx. As I suspected....not a mint box, a bank box.
Nice original coins either way
I would have to disagree with you @Rooster1. I think you take very good pics. I think they are all 65/6 the first, or nicest has a hit on the forehead and some mars to the right of ONE. I think they have been tighter on Lincolns lately, from what I saw from the 20 I just got back.
I bet there is at least one 67+ in that box.

Federal Reserve and the US Mint
Coin
The Federal Reserve's role in coin operations is more limited than its role in currency operations. As the issuing authority for coins, the United States Mint determines annual coin production. The Reserve Banks, however, influence the process by providing the Mint with monthly coin orders and a 12-month rolling coin-order forecast. The Mint transports the coin from its production facilities in Philadelphia and Denver to all of the Reserve Banks and the Reserve Banks' coin terminal locations.
The Reserve Banks distribute new and circulated coin to depository institutions to meet the public's demand. While the Reserve Banks store some coin in their vaults, they also contract with coin terminals, which are operated by armored carriers, to store, receive, and distribute coin on behalf of the Reserve Banks.
