I agree with your assessment. To bad someone had to scub it.
I would probably go with Fine details, it may be my monitor but all of LIBERTY is not legible on the headband.
Even though it is cleaned, I like it. It can be tough to find those in lower grades with full rims and no problems.

Come on you 2! How many Barber Dimes in F have you seen with the wreath that well defined? You can't just focus on LIBERTY!

I don't like that Liberty is worn off. IMO
