Broken dealer websites

I buy most of my online items from a few sources including eBay, Heritage and Stack’s. I’ve started to branch out and attempt to buy from dealer sites but I’ve noticed that while the sites I go to have nice inventory and photos, the checkout process is broken and cannot complete. For one dealer, I was lucky in that the piece was also on the bay so I picked it up there. This is for 2 different dealers in 2 different attempts. Anyone else notice this.

Most have a working phone number.
Try northeastcoin.com. Northeast Numismatics; I have never had a check out problem and they have a fair sized inventory. Also nice folks who will work with you.
I like Dave Kahn’s site.
In my opinion, one of the saddest coin dealer sites on the web is Larry Whitlow's site. It still exists even though Larry has been dead for several years. Remarkably it still works, though no coins are listed.
It's happen to me a few times. When it does, I just call the dealer and work the deal over the phone and usually for a discount.
I do not frequent many dealer sites on the web....Just a few, and those work fine. I look at PM sites more frequently. Cheers, RickO
@joconnor It was very kind of you to keep Whitlow's website up. It is sad (to me) but it does keep Larry in my thoughts.
Well, some are better than others. Those who deal in higher-end material usually do a pretty good job but there are many exceptions to this in both directions.
