Reminds me of something that happened in the shop most recently. A guy wanted 3 1/4 ounce $10 gold American eagles. I had a few in plastic (NGC) MS 69 holders. He paid and then asked " could you take them out of the plastic ? "

Crack, crack , crack they went. He was very grateful and said: " the plastic takes up too much space". I laughed and agreed.

With regards to the OP and raw coins; the cabinet should tone coins nicely.

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect cabinet myself. Right now I have a stacked group of medals in shipping envelopes waiting to be organized and presented well. Going to go the cabinet route I think myself if I can find a nice one.

I've always wanted one for my ancients, but now the collection has gotten so big, it isn't practical. But I still love the look of cabinets, congrats.
