Not with that particular coin since as OldEastside said it is probably just worth the silver content.

@Alexzima .... Welcome aboard... As mentioned above, the coin is likely only worth silver content. Cannot tell much from the pictures... could be post mint damage (PMD). Cheers, RickO

Looks like a coin that came out of one of those "America Coin Series" sets. They all seemed to be polished turds just like this one. Still worth the silver....
