Premium - Saint Gaudens Signature Label

What, if any, premium would I expect to pay on a $10 Indian in the subject holder.

More important is what are you willing to pay.
Well, that’s the stock answer, and I appreciate your input. But, More to the point, what are people paying? That info seems evasive. At least to me, anyway.

huh, good question.. I have no idea what people are paying but I do know that I would not attach any premium to it. It's not like he signed the label himself, though if he did I'd like to talk to PCGS about their time machine.
Collector, occasional seller
Nothing. Augustus Saint-Gaudens died in August 1907 -- he could not have signed anything after then.
(What's with the automatic bold font?)
I realize he didn't sign them
, but wasn't certain if they were produced for limited distribution under the auspices of some type of event.
Or is their value the same as any bog standard common date $10 Indian?

What the heck is saint signature label?
[I'll be back in a minute]
UPDATE...

You mean this thing they put bullion in?
My Saint Set
Yeah, but with a $10 Indian.
Looks like a fancy label they put widgets in to make them more attractive.

I would be willing to pay no premium whatsoever, but that does not answer your question.

Actually, Tom, your opinion answers my question.

Probably already mentioned but buy the coin, not labels and stickers. I wouldn't pay any extra for it. Regards
If they are a dealer they are probably paying little or no premium at all. Why should you?
The only label I ever pay extra for is the "First Strike" flag label. And only because the collectors I resell to prefer them.

Not the kind of plastic I'd pay extra for - I'm with Tom on this one.
Premiums are only for those that are willing to pay them...
Cheers, RickO
No doubt. I kinda like the label, but I'm not interested in paying a premium for it.
The autograph label I'd pay for would be signed/dated by the Mint's Chief Coiner or Plant Manager attesting that the coin in the holder was the first piece struck of a new design.
On the old gold, I highly prefer the regular blue labels.
