1981 Type 1 or 2 ?

This looks like a Type 2 to me. Am I right? (The scratches are on the 2x2)

    Is an inverted mintmark a known variety? It does look upside down.

    The mint mark is the same as Type II in the CPG... Cheers, RickO

    I have long thought that the Type 2 is an inverted mm, nice to hear others agree.
