I found this 1806 no stems half cent while looking through a foreign coin bin at my coin shop, I ended up paying 25¢ for it even though it is super corroded it is still a great find.

I found a couple old copper also there dateless King George the third pennies, 1657 French coin, and some late 1800s copper.

My bin is pretty plentiful with 1800s coins but I have only once found a silver coin.

I always assumed that dealers occassionally throw a semi decent coin into their junk bin to let someone find a treasure once in a while and keep them coming back. Not sure if that's what happened here but in any case, it's a great find.

I had a similar experience as well @Mdcoincollector2003 I found this one in a bin at an antique shop and bought it for $4. Is worth about $40

Nice find... I used to check out junk bins at shows... There are occasional treasures. I sure do miss coin shows....That reminds me, I have not toured the antique shops in a few months... maybe treasure awaits... Cheers, RickO
