Are there any differences from last year new ones and 25 years ago new ones?

I suspect that PCGS hasn't started to use Green 20-coin boxes again. what probably happened is that someone submitted coins in a Green box and the shipping dept. just re-used it, you being the lucky recipient.

Honestly don't know. I've never owned a retro green box.

Pcgs had a quarterly special last year for green boxes. I'm guessing leftover stock.

I have a few PCGS green boxes... Green is my favorite color...I think they show up on ebay from time to time also. Cheers, RickO
