So this weekend I got a box at an estate sale that looked like stuff from Grandpa's dresser drawer. It had zippo lighters, local campaign buttons, a light meter, tie clips and the auctioneer said two rolls of pennies as he looked down in the small box. Bought the box for $7.50 and went home to inspect my treasures. The first roll of pennies was a 1969-S bank roll never opened. Nice. The second roll was labeled 1919-S and was obviously put together by just someone sorting their wheat pennies. Most of the pennies were just as you would expect, in good to fine condition. Then I found this one in the roll. Wow I did not expect that. I was initially just wanted the zippo lighters, but goes to show they are still out there to find folks. Always nice to get one that is better than the one you currently have. Coin collector's schwing. :-)
